Call-In Delivery

We are committed to providing each of our customers with the individualized service that best fits your needs. For some customers, it is a better decision to be in control of when your fuel oil is delivered. We recommend that you kindly contact our office when your tank gauge is between a quarter and eight full. This will give us sufficient time to schedule a delivery.

When to use fuel oil versus kerosene: If you have an indoor tank that is protected from the elements, use fuel oil. If you have an outdoor fuel tank that is exposed to cold wind, use kerosene, as kerosene does not gel when the temperature gets cold.
